I do not feel as if it was any part of the course that was least valuable to me at all. I feel as if this course is something that is needed an that has tough me so much, an now after the course I feel as if I can.

Running dispatch supervisor mainly because after giving out the initial call you basically just sit back and watch.

The practical exercises. So many do not include any form of communications, or it is very basic. We were used effectively and directly involved throughout each portion of the training.

There truly wasn't any. This was the only training I have ever attended where there wasn't just "fluff". It was all practical, useful information.
