Showing how staging and the command post being in separate locations being a necessity.

The computer simulations. If we are gauging response times, contact times, treatment times and transport times, a computer simulator on a laptop is a hard way to do that. A practical exercise needs to be more hands on. Not necessarily with simunition, but working with your own ability.

Ditch the computers and move more toward hands on practicals. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, but the numbers achieved in the scenarios are not accurate.
