Student participation without fear of making mistakes in front of peers. So many trainings with participation cause stress of being made fun of or not doing things correctly. The instructors were very helpful in coaching and making the environment positive and educational.

It was all great and job appropriate for any jurisdiction.

The pace was fast at first but overall it was great. Not too much time spent on lecture but actually hands on participation.

Getting my officers and other neighboring agencies to work together so we can be unified in our response.
