It was all valuable to me. I think hands-on learning is helpful when training, especially in this type of scenario. And I feel like I am more prepared if this situation occurs.

The instructors were knowledgeable and accessable whenever we needed them. The course, itself, was very effective in helping to know what to do in any type of scenario.

The dispatch practice for active shooter and multiple incidents.

As a dispatcher the tactical training was less helpful but still gave insight to an incident like this.

I think hostage negotiation classes for dispatchers would be useful for when or if we are speaking with a suspect of an attack with this complexity.
