The instructors were excellent and shared information in a positive way. they worked together well and highlighted their strengths during lecture and practical application.

Incident command and sharing the information i learned with other groups in my region. the training was powerful and should be moved to become a national model to save lives.

I expected more "management" activities as opposed to line level officer activities during the scenarios. While I think EVERYONE benefits from refresher training on line level activities, I expected the course to be a management level course. I was only in a management role during one exercise throughout the three days.
