I would talk more about when Fire/EMS are separate agencies. In my area Fire and EMS are separate. We work closely together but, we are not one in the same. It would be helpful to have scenarios where there are 3 agencies in command with Fire/LEO/EMS separately.

Continuing to go to trainings for Command level positions.

I feel this course was way more hands on for dispatchers than any other active shooter class I've attended which helped up to be more understanding and able to relate.

As dispatchers I feel like a lot of us like to know and understand better of what's going on in the field so if there were ever an opportunity for them to walk around with triage, command, etc I feel it would be nice to see their prespective.
