Understanding that dispatch as dispatchers we will need to ermbrace training to have hostage negotion skills as well as since we may be the first to speak w/ hostage takers. Also take a more aggressive role in resource managemant when the time comes.

It was all interesting and valuable. It gave me incite and appreciation for what the DPS guys do.

Would love to have more excerises, but with 24 hours I believe we got as much as we could.
