Not being able to run through actual scenarios. Large group setting made it difficult to get meaningful repetitions.

Break into smaller groups so more meaningful repetitions can be done, instead of being in waiting mode for a large portion of the scenario.

Combined MPD and MFD scenarios in real time and with actors.
