Being able to do reps, not just one evolution, was really helpful.

I struggled most with the 2nd/3rd location tabletops and poker chips without live people. Felt like a disconnect from the rest.

If there were a way to incorporate the 2nd/3rd location tabletops as live/interactives, like the 1st location, I think that would be awesome.

I would really like to take a version of this course specific to my county's procedures.

The interactive practical scenarios. I really appreciated being able to do this without live role players. This was very efficient.

The sad stories. I know they add to the overall feel of the course but I feel my empathy level was already prepared for this.

The first day was difficult and I was not sure I was going to recommend the course but by the last day I felt better about recommending.
