Coming from patrol where I do not get to see the inside of Incident Command, it really opens my eyes to what is actually going on behind the scenes of a major incident.

I believe that the command assignments need to be assigned to the high ups. I am patrol Officer and would never be placed in command of all units. I feel that I would have more knowledge doing the rolls that my job status allows me to do.
