The practical exercises put the topics discussed in to implementation and practical application. Many of the practical exercises brought up refreshers towards ALERRT topics as well.

Class size being a certain amount to keep training standardized, which I know would be difficult.

It is a good refresher and helps everyone get on the same page.

The course was too long. It could have been 2 days. We did too many scenarios that dragged on too long.

The course was good. It's always better to do this in real life, such as at a school and using real victims, but the computer generated scenarios were good.

I'm not real big on extra training.
