The practical exercise was most valuable to me because as a 911 dispatcher I can now visualize what my officers/EMT's/fire are organizing as an event of this nature unfolds.

I wish it would incorporate 911 dispatchers more. I feel this course could be very valuable to 911 dispatchers if it taught about our roles in an active shooter situation.

Skills are very difficult to master in half a day but the class was a very informational and helpful starting point to learn about active shooter incidents.
