The simulations conducted were useful in reinforcing the different modules.

Everything was valuable in its own way and everything came together very well.

This course was a great training tool for bringing LE, FD, EMS and Dispatch together to learn to work together. It allowed participants to see what others professions need when responding to incidents like these. I would highly recommend this training for ALL first responders regardless of rank or position.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

This has reinforced my thought that ongoing interdisciplinary training is needed. I hope to send others from my agency to this training and then start drills/training within our community.

Perhaps the Area Command section. While useful to know, felt we spent too much time and put too much emphasis on it.

Ear buds for the radios. Having so many radios on speakers in an enclosed space distracted from the learning.

ALERT training or some form of active shooter tactical training.

Instead of going through powerpoints for each of the stations, do smaller scenarios where people get experience at each of the stations (Staging, Tactical, Command Post, etc.).
