The last scenarios, maybe one would have been ok but both were a bit over the top.

I would have like to have had some of the After Action Reviews that you talked about. The Pulse, San Bernardino.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

When I teach AS training, I will definitely incorporate IED. Really never thought about that before. I guess no one really talks about that portion.

The table top lessons. I just don't learn in this manner.

Maybe spend a small amount of time explaining what each position is and what their expected tasks should be. I felt that I was expected to already know what each acronym meant and what their responsibilities are. I've never been command on anything so I didn't know what my responsibilities were until well into the course.

A more pin point focus on each position for a longer amount of time.
