Unification was the most valuable. That is a porition of the incident that most do not think about until it is time.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

Learning the management portion. I think the class should be taught together but should keep the "boots on ground" together and the "managers" together. I understand you never know where you will end up on the food chain but I (as a boots on ground guy) will mot likely not end up in a situation of running the command post.

Amazing class. Learned a lot. I just think the class should split the people up a little more. I understand its split between LEO, Fire, EMS. but not all LEO are suporvisors.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I want to learn more about the Unification. I want to learn how others completed this and see what would work for my area.
