I think that the tactical person assignment should be looked at deeper. There is no way that someone that is brand new should be able to run the whole tactical part. It should be a supervisor or commanding officer.

Table top exercises were helpful, but the presentation of the materials was rushed as well as the tabletop exercises. This course could easily be 8 hours of instruction, more time for teaching the material and more time for tabletop.

Instructors rushed through the material, too much info in too short of tine.

Instructors need to recognize that course attendees need to walk before they can run, we were expected to run without enough instruction/explanation of concepts.
