This is a new concept to these types of situations for me and what ive learned in the past so i believe all of the course was valuable.

The group participation activities. They truly helped bring it all together by sets and reps. There was plenty of opportunity for all students to engage at all positions. The systematic approach was easily reproducible from scenario to scenario.
