The instruction did not go enough into depth of what was expected/required for some of the positions leaving some to not know what to do and learn on the fly.

I would like to see a few fewer scenarios and spend that time on debrief of incidents that have occurred across the country covering what worked and did not work in these incidents. We can learn from others.

PIO, we have a full time PIO with 25 years of experience. I do however see the training being valuable to those that do not have a full time PIO.

The lecture part and the going into case studies.

The sims were hard to manage for someone like me who does not use any type of gaming system. It did help to reinforce the points of instruction however.

It is hard to create scenarios with the artificiality of a classroom scenario. With that said, this course had a lot of great training points and I got a lot of takeaways from it.
