I think that this class put a lot of classwork and hands on instruction in an area that i needed. I can learn and comprehend information both ways but to learn about a way and then applying it it helps secure that to memory.

All of it was useful and structured in a way that allows the whole picture from initial contact with dispatch through to the finish. It is hard to replicate that in a scenario but in this class it accomplished what i wanted out of the class.
