Which part(s) of the course was MOST valuable to you. Please explain why.

The course had a great balance of lecture and hands-on tabletop exercises which allowed us to put into practice the concepts covered. The most valuable part was having multiple tabletop scenarios, which allowed me to better understand and practice roles within an emergency response.

Some of the concepts were ones I had learned before. That being said, a review of the basics allowed me to more fully grasp some of the more complex nuances within the concepts.

Excellent course - quite possibly one of the most effective learning experiences for me as a school leader with emergency response training.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to continue to learn and grow in the area of incident management for schools. Active shooter is critical, but would like to see courses with a similar layout for other types of scenarios. I will be utilizing the format for in-house trainings with my colleagues.
