Simulations - had real life issues - radio/comm problems.

I suggest that dispatchers are more involved. i think that even if they got to walk around with fire and le to see what they are doing it would be beneficial just to get further knowledge.

More active shooter and crisis situation training.

Being able to see the agencies I dispatch for and gain insight into how they operate in certain situations.

The dispatching is very watered down and could benefit from a virtual dispatch center component.

The scenarios were very informed and gave me a good idea of what may happen during an active shooter event.

As a dispatcher some of the response on scene notes didn't apply to me but were very useful to LEO and medical responders.
