I like the concepts presented for the first arriving officers taking command, dealing with the immediate ussues at hand and then handing that title off as additional arrive, early leadership equals early completion.

Understanding how a unified command is not the best choice in the very first stages of an incident due to it taking time to get supervisors from fire,EMS and PD together.

The videos could be a little more detailed but it’s a great foundation builder.

Make the videos interactive so you could see the outcome of the decision you make.
