It would have been a better experience for me if I had more time to learn the computer movements using the keypad and mouse better. Perhaps having a "cheat sheet" on the table of the keyboard movements.

Command roles. Gave me more time being in the role of command and practice during a large scale incident that is high stress.

Area command. My position would never be a part of that command, but it was good to see what goes into area command.

Working together with other agencies through sets and reps. It is very helpful to go through the process multiple times with coworkers and outside agencies.

Ambulance transport. This could have been simulated in other ways that would have been faster.

The structure of command could be set up to match what is done locally after day two, so that we practice the way we work.

While the computer model was very helpful, it was also very frustrating. Not super easy to work with. Did add to the experience though.

Finding a way to integrate this training into the processes that my department already has in place. i think on a department level we will need to focus on larger scale incidents to apply the knowledge of this class.

Scenarios with RTF use because it matches what my likely role would be in real life.

Case studies used although relevant seem dated due to high frequency of new events.

The radios within such close vicinity of each other made loud noises. Possibly allow law enforcement to use ear mics as the normally do.

The process of reunification was more important to me now after knowing how complex and important it is.
