Didn't spend enough time talking through the elements/responsibilities of reunification accountability group, assembly group, services group. I just finished the course and I couldn't tell you what each of those groups is responsible for. Class participants shouldn't have been stuck doing the on-scene stuff at the tabletop and then they cannot observe/participate in the actual reunification side of things.

Should have gone into more detail of the process of running a reunification center and what everyone's responsibilities are.

Curious how to get this training back to my agency and school district so we can all get on the same page and train on it?.

The practical exercise needs to be coordinated better. The room was too small which made the whole exercise confusing because communication was difficult and overwhelming.

I definitely learned more than I had known going in to it.

It felt like this could have been either been taught in much less time or the time could have been used better. I also did not like the fact that the course took place in the fire bay.

I feel like during the scenarios, there was a lot of side conversations. Being a part of the staging area during these scenarios felt very disconnected from everything else and I felt like I did not gain much from just standing around in the staging area.

Hands on exercise , was little easier to comprehend.
