The checklist is great. And we always need command structure training. This one has a great structure base to work from.

Needs a better PowerPoint.

Most active shooter incidents occur in under 2 minutes; not 10. And according to Force Science training, we need to be training for one to two officer entry contact teams because they end so fast. I have had it in my head for years that if I was the first on-scene, I am going in as fast as possible to save unarmed kids and adults from being shot instead waiting for others. This is why you can never put down numbers such as the fifth man.
