Reinforcement of terminology that may be new to some. Stressing the importance of staging; a concept not used often enough in real world situations.

Helicopter simulator - I'll never do that, but it didn't negatively impact the class in any way.

This class surpassed my expectations. I would like for it to start later than 0800 - but that's only because I had to drive so far.

You should allow by course end for everyone to switch positions. By that I mean fire and police switch to get a better understanding of what either side goes through. Also allow any Emergency Management to jump in on any position so they too can learn what it is like to be in that position.
