Four hours is just way too short. It would be useful to also have some alternative information for agencies not in metropolitan areas.

The tabletop was helpful but extremely confusing. At no point were the pieces or modes of “moving” explained. I feel like an overview would have been more helpful than diving right in.

The first instruction portion was a tad vague. The second felt more prepared and linked to the book.
