The exercises were very helpful and well done.

The only criticism would be that some of them were a little complicated for small suburban policing. For me as a sergeant, I don't know that I would realistically be handling a complex coordinated attack at the command level.

I thought the command structure was good and well thought out, but maybe more realistic for a larger organization. With a department with 4 officers on duty at a time, that's probably not realistic.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would be interested in continuing to learn more and refresh my skills in emergency management.
