The class needs more markers that work, need to have extras. I believe the incidents got to complicated for the level of the personnel in the class. I would have rather had 11 scenarios at a small or medium size level.

Several of the instructors would talk over eachother. Would recommend an instructor per section so reduce talking over each other.
