The multiple reps and variety of scenarios in different positions allowed us to implement and practice the trained principles.

While I understand there has to be classroom lecture time, the practical application was what really allowed the process to be understood and implemented.

THE SIMULATIONS WERE EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL AND ALLOWED US TO PROCESS LARGE SCALE SITUATIONS WITHOUT THE REQUIRED SPACE OR ROLE PLAYER COUNT.

I THINK THE ENTIRE COURSE IS BENEFICIAL AND COULD PROBABLY BE EXPANDED INTO AN ADDITIONAL DAY.

THIS COURSE IS STRUCTURED VERY WELL AND DOES A GREAT JOB OF OPTIMIZING THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE. I APPRECIATE THAT IT'S LISTED AS A MANAGEMENT COURSE AND THAT IS THE PRIMARY FOCUS INSTEAD OF JUST THE INITIAL RESPONSE PROCESS.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

IF THIS COULD BE PAIRED WITH A TRAIN THE TRAINER TYPE COURSE IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IN PROVIDING GUIDANCE FOR BRINGING THE MATERIAL BACK AND TRAINING DEPARTMENT MEMBERS.

I looking forward to an ICS all hazards class. I would like to attend this class again at some point. An actual live mock would be interesting as well.

Brief and impactful lecture reinforced through scenarios guided by instructors. The concrete experience/examples used during each session are key to engaging LEO and first responders. Sustain this and the overall organization and execution of the course.

The barricade was a topic I was already very well-versed and practiced in, but great review.

Although valuable, the bomb/IED portion could be enhanced with bomb-tech or EOD instructors.
