The hands on exercises were extremely beneficial. they allowed me to get hands on experience and training in events that would take much longer in a real life, large scale scenario.

The only concern was the time it takes to assess / treat patients within the simulator. This was a bit frustrating when other tasks were necessary.

More training on incident command and unified command with outside agencies.

I thought the practical exercises, while repetitive at times, really reinforced the concepts discussed and hammered home the points discussed.

I did find the exercises, in day 2 specifically, a bit repetitive in the afternoon.

It didn't seem like every attendee participated in each role or even in any key position. Not sure if feasible but tracking who does what so not to repeat roles would be beneficial.
