The "live" scenarios were outstanding. Being rotated through the postions was extremely valuable.

Table top "PARIS" exercise.......I personally got a lot more out of the "live" scenarios.

I think more "live" scenarios would do nothing but strengthen the material. The more opportunites you have to work a position like tactical or IC the better understanding you get of it.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continued Active Shooter training and management. Also I think it's important to get this training pushed out to as many people as possible.

Without a doubt, the practical exercises. It's easy to read about it in a book or listen in class, but actually taking part in the exercises helped me understand the different positions.

If I had to say, the tabletop exercise was the least valuable. It wasn't all that bad, but if i had to choose i would choose this. It just seemed like we could have used that time for another practical exercise.

Outstanding course!! Exactly what I was looking for, but at the same time very surprising. The combination of classroom, practical exerciseds with "virtual reality" was very useful and fun. Loved it!!.

Tactical medical care would be a great course! I know they exist but I think there should be even more of them available.

The only change I would make is to use less acronyms. In today's world where plain language is pushed for communications, there are still many abbreviations being used that not everybody is familiar with.

More similar training in this field. It is a perishable skill tht can become rusty if not practiced.
