Get rid of the computer simulations, which were a total cluster, and concentrate on instuctor lecture, accompanied by videos and case studies.

I felt as though three days was too long for what we learned. The instructors were nice guys and very knowledgable but the scenarios became mundane after some time.

It was beneficial getting to see all the different pieces work together to resolve emergency situations.

Using different terminology and taking away the NYPD rank structure made the exercises more complicated then they needed to be.

This course would be better for executives as oppossed to police officers. I felt most of the material was over my head.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I think everyone should have tactical training in active shooter before taking this course.
