Knowing what the above personel is doing and what they need from you because knowing what they need will only get resources to you quicker.

Would be what medical was doing at the command level, but only becasue I am not on the medical side.

I think if there was a model that could include the civilians running around instead of staying stagnat it would provide a little better model of what would happen.

I didn't feel anything had lesser value. Everything in this class was beneficial and I would be able to apply in real life.
