Working in a command with Fire, EMS, and Police ... because it showed what it needed and what is expected.

The table top of the Paris attacks. I did not really get anything out of it except that there was a lot of things to consider. A majority of what was discussed for things that needed to be done would take place at a level far above most of the positions of the people in the class.

Get rid of the Paris Attack table top. I did not really gain anything from it.

The maps in the books could be printed individually and laminated which would allow better use while at the computers. It was difficult to keep the book open to the incident location.

Perhaps more ICS . Unified Command type training.

It was hard to catch up to the levels of the other students as I had very limited amounts of ICS. I felt I would have benefited from a introduction class and then this class as I felt I kept slowing the other participants down which was stressful.

While we have an ICS structure, we have never used or practiced these skills. That is important so I can get better equipped and become more comfortable with these skills.
