I enjoyed the simulation exercises. This brought realisim to the scenarios.

As with any courses, sitting through PowerPoint was difficult. However, the instructors used examples throught the material presentation that made the PP sections more tollerable.

I enjoyed the lecture portions very much. The couse manual had a great deal of information and I enjoyed the reading.

The case study and exercise that related to the wild attacks in Paris were not structured enough and the questions that were being asked were too general and nebulous.

The course exceeded my expectations. While the teaching skills of the various instructors varied quite a bit, overall the instructors were all very seasoned professionals and were competent.

Some of the lecture was a bit redundant, repetitive. Can be streamlined.

Use the scheduled time! We were released early every day, so there was either too much time scheduled or we could have run through another scenario or two - more repetition on the scenarios would help.

More practical application training with our Fire Dept to tailor/fine tune how we will run Incident and Area Commands locally.
