An idea of roles in different assignments and what I can do to support each position in the future. Puts into perspective and will help me be more confident if I'm ever in a situation like these (fingers crossed that never happens) THANK YOU ALL!!!!!.

Lecture - that is not bad, it is just the least valuable when compared to the practical exercises.

I am a believer in what this course offers. My only issue is that this course is not offered enough. All agencies in my area should be operating off of the same sheet of music. Otherwise, confusion will still be a problem at these incidents.
