The first few practical exercises- too be able to see how these events may unfold, the resorces required and the extra things you may need to think about for a large scale incident.

The final exercise. Too confusing with the multiple areas and not being properly dispatched. I am sure this is more a function of the gamism, unfamiliar programs and questionable radios than the personnel behind them.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continued training for patrol and other supervisors so that this system can be properly implemented. Without it, it will be very difficult to be effective.

Explain handouts like the table top exercise more before conducting exercise, do a demonstration on the monitor showing the capabilites of the avatar, first few exercises were difficult because of lack of familiararity.

The fire side of things was foreign to me and while it's certainly useful to understand their role and objectives, it doesn't apply to my field directly.
