Having to do this training while working, the captions are super helpful, but are unable to be read accurately overlaid over the titles of the speakers. Maybe move those up or down, as I had to replay those parts of the videos multiple times, as I cannot play the video at full sound being on the dispatch floor. Thank you for a helpful training!.

At our particular Department, we train a bit differently. The first arriving officer on the scene immediately moves toward the threat, even if he / she is alone since most active shooter events last only a matter of minutes. We are a small to medium sized department so resources are an issue.
