As a dispatcher, a lot of the information is helpful to know where and what my units will be doing. So, nothing was invaluable to me.

The levels of command and the exchange of authority.

Least valuable is the intel / media side of the incident. In dispatch, our main focus is to respond to the command's needs for more resources and where people are at. The media is not our worries at that point.

I suggest having a more dispatch orientated type of training beyond this to how dispatch can excel in coordinating everything and efficiently.

Completing dispatch orientated active shooter training to prepare what the dispatch center would look like during that incident.
