It is valuable in my position to know what is going on in the background in an emergency situation such as an active shooter incident. This course provided a lot of that.

Some of the detailed breakdown might not be as valuable to me, only because of my position, however I still feel it was important to learn.

As a school administrator, the acronyms get lost and make it difficult to follow exactly who's doing what. Using common language is helpful.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Is there any training other than first aide, stop the bleed, or other recommendations for school personell? We all train for basic first aide, stopping the bleed, shelter in place, but rarely do we train for "directly after the event" occurs. What happens in those 30-90 minute after the threat is stopped?.

It isn't so much additional training, but getting LE to adopt the principals; and to "practice" the concepts on lesser incidents so we are all ready to fully utilize the training on larger incidents.
