Seeing how staging / tactical / and the contact teams can be independently located however work closely together.

I liked the "tabletop" with the poker chips. It was a low stress way to understand how assets can be moved and assigned.

Observing the setup of tactical, triage and transport. This will allow me to support locals as they begin to exercise these components.

It is difficult to incorporate EM into these exercises when locals are not accustomed to reaching out. Possibly having a section with a case study of how EM assisted in past cases.
