Audio/microphones too loud at times. during training exercises, when doing the media portion, audio was too loud and drowned out info that dispatch was getting from units on scene.

Maybe some bodycam videos of incidents and a timeline of events for real world active shooter incidents.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

The priorities changing to active threat, rescue and clear. I have always been taught that the second was clear and rescue is last but now it makes sense that in large incidents or large buildings, rescue must be the 2nd priority--save lives!.
