None - you are always learning something new.

This course might be able to be stretched into a full week: it took a while that first day and half of the 2nd day for us to start working well together as a cohesive unit. More time with more scenarios (an additional two days) could give us better ability to respond / command / conquer.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

More multi-agency (police / fire / ems / counter-terrorism / emergency services) working through problems. It's good to resource like this.

The simulations were the most valuable parts to me because it demonstrated an all inclusive view of how incident management is handled by different agencies, not only mine.

EMS just drives...real world they can help treat.

This program assumes a very exact command structure to be organized, and I am not sure if it is realistic. While I respect what law enforcement does, I have been on several larger incidents and it is almost impossible to get them to assign any command roles we can talk to in the initial minutes.
