The least valuable was the simulated tasks performed on the computers. While it was useful in providing examples and process the users familiarity and ablity affects the time actions can be completed.

Too many scenarios with such a slow response time.

The simulation should start with the officers/responders on scene. If they are listed as "arriving" they shouldn't have to drive to the location. This causes delays with linking up contact teams.

Live/mock scenarios rather than simulations.
