As a new team member of Owassos Tactical Dispatch Team, this class teaches extremely valuable information and teaches you how to apply it in real scenarios within your own agency.

It would be great to add more tasks for the Dispatchers to work during scenarios. (To make the scenarios fit more true to life duties for a Dispatch Center during these type of events).

This course was great, I couldn't remember what I had learned from the book part of the previous FEMA courses so this training incorporated the previous courses perfectly and now I feel confident and capable.

I'm very interested in taking the hostage negotiator courses for dispatch.

I enjoyed the hands on learning from a dispatch perspective and being able to listen in to the events as they happened and as the teams worked through the scenarios.

We, at our job level, do not handle a lot of 911 calls so most of them would be sent over to our local PSAP to handle but that I believe is situational only to my dispatch agency and not an overall issue with the class at all.

I really enjoyed this course and appreciate the opportunity to take it.

Further education including hostage negotiation training in the event we do get these kinds of calls.

Audio/microphones too loud at times. during training exercises, when doing the media portion, audio was too loud and drowned out info that dispatch was getting from units on scene.
