Which part(s) of the course was MOST valuable to you. Please explain why.

The most valuable part for me was playing PIO because I am the appointed PIO for my department and don't often get put in stressful positions such as the ones in this class. After taking this class and playing that role several times, I feel prepared to navigate a real situation.

I really don't believe there is a least valuable part because all of it together is what created a real life scenario that I was able to learn from.

The only issue we had was experiencing interference on the radios but I am not sure if this is a fixable issue due to the amount that we had in one space.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

After completing this training I have come to understand that my fire department needs to train alongside our local law enforcement and EMS to establish a protocol for these kinds of incidents and practice it.
