The hands on leadership portions.

I felt the RTF integration was delayed as a part of the curriculum and does NOT match what would occur on a real incident. Time was stressed as a crucial element of victim survival yet RTF deployment was significantly delayed in favor of establishing casualty collection points and waiting for management positions to be staffed.
