The simulated scenarios were most beneficial, especially being in a different position each time.

The first day was lecture heavy, which normally is not too bad. Definitely a perk when a site has comfortable seating arrangements.

EM's were kind of floating throughout the course as I was marked as one on the first day. It left quite a bit to be desired and was not as engaged. I think it may be beneficial to allow participants to try different positions (e.g., FD tries out PD etc.).

More computer familairity time with simulator. Helps improve incidents time doing job vs keyboard and game action familiarity.
