The practical exercises were incredible. It was very valuable getting to experience the various roles.

Detailed information regarding roles that I wont have anything to do with. For instance, it benefitted me to know generalities about EMS and dispatch jobs, but I did not need to know the nitty gritty details.

Slightly changing the structure of the lecture would help. I would recommend giving an overview of all of the structures to each student, then breaking the class into groups to go into more detail about their particular roles. IE a group for law enforcement, a group for dispatch, etc.

A train the trainer course on this topic.

The Modules seemed to lack.

Several of the instructors would talk over eachother. Would recommend an instructor per section so reduce talking over each other.

This course as a whole was the MOST valuable. Coming into the course I was unsure of the process for Active Attacker management. Post course I have a way better understanding and confidence.

I hands down believe this course to be the best I have had in my 20 year career. That is directed at the material covered, delivery, scenarios, and most importantly the knowledgeable instructors.
